Putting Operators
Back In Control

Counter POS, pickup & delivery, driver routes, and customer retention — all in one place. Built by people who ran the shops first, for operators who'd rather be on the floor than wrestling four different tools.

What Maison is

Maison is the operator-built software platform for laundromats. One dashboard runs your counter POS, pickup and delivery, driver routing, and customer retention — replacing the four or five separate tools most shops stitch together today. Founded by operators with 40+ combined years running laundromats across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Lower East Side.

Across our first six NYC shops on Maison, average turnaround time dropped from 36 hours to 18 hours, and 60-day customer retention lifted by 11 points — measured against the operators' own pre-Maison baselines.

Why we built it

Software made for
spreadsheets, not shops.

Most laundromat software was designed in a conference room. It optimizes for the dashboard, not the 5pm Saturday rush — so you end up paying per-order fees on tickets you already processed, learning features no one asked for, and waiting on support from a time zone four hours behind yours.

Meanwhile your customer is waiting 45 seconds at the counter, your driver is on their third try at the buzzer, and your retention is quietly slipping a point a month.

We ran the shops before we built the software. Every screen in Maison exists because we needed it on the floor first.

Who built this

We ran the shops
first.

Our team has 40+ combined years running laundromats across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Lower East Side. We know what it costs to lose control of your counter, your route, or your customer list — so we built the software that keeps all three in your hands.

“We lost 18% of our retention to a broken SMS system. Maison fixed it in a weekend, and our monthly retention jumped 11 points in 60 days.”

Common questions

What operators
ask us most.

How long does it take to switch from our current POS to Maison?
Most shops are fully migrated in one week. We export your customer list, recent orders, and pricing rules from your current system, set up your Maison account, train your staff in two short sessions, and run both systems in parallel for the first two days. You stay live the whole time — no closed Saturdays, no lost tickets.
What does Maison cost?
One flat monthly price, billed per shop. No per-order fee, no percentage of revenue, no setup cost. You keep 100% of what your customers pay you. Pricing scales with shop count, not with how busy you get on a Saturday.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month-to-month from day one. Operators stay because the software earns its keep — not because they signed a 24-month commitment three years ago and forgot the cancel date.
We're a single-location shop. Is Maison built for us?
Yes. Roughly half our customers are single-location operators in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Lower East Side. Counter POS, customer retention, and basic delivery routing all work the same way whether you run one shop or five.
Can I keep my drivers and my customer list?
Both come with you. We import your customer list and order history during migration. Your drivers keep using their own phones — the Maison driver app installs in two minutes and runs alongside whatever they already have.

Want to see it on
your shop's numbers?

15 minutes, no prep, no pitch. We'll walk through the dashboard with your real volume and tell you whether Maison actually moves the needle for your shop.
