Maison for laundromat owners

Built by operators.
Run by you.

We ran the shops before we built the software. Every feature in Maison is here because we needed it on the floor first — the counter, the route, the customer list, the margin. You decide how the shop runs; the software keeps up.

Why we built this

Software made for
spreadsheets, not shops.

Most laundromat platforms charge a percentage on every order, gate retention behind add-on tiers, and ship features designed for large-chain operators. Maison is built the other way around — you own the data, you set the rules, and the price stays flat no matter how busy your Saturday gets.

72%
of laundromat revenue comes from repeat customers.

40+ years of
actual laundry.

Four founders. Six shops. One driver route that broke so many Saturdays we ended up writing our own routing engine — and then realized we were building the platform we wished we'd been able to buy.

“We built Maison because nothing we bought worked on a Saturday.”

Common questions

What operators
ask about the team.

Who built Maison?
Four founders with 40+ combined years operating laundromats across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Lower East Side. Three are still operators today; the team includes former retention and POS engineers from companies that didn't quite get the laundromat shape right. We built Maison because the gap kept getting more expensive.
Why didn't you just use existing laundromat software?
We tried. Across our six shops we paid for combinations of Square, CleanCloud, point routing tools, and standalone SMS — and still ended up reconciling everything in spreadsheets every Monday. Maison is the system we wished existed: counter, route, retention, and reporting on the same data.
Do you only work with NYC operators?
No. About 80% of our customers are NYC laundromats today because that's where we run shops, but we have operators on Maison in New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, and Chicago. Migration is the same shape regardless of geography; on-site training is NYC-only.
Can I talk to one of your operators before signing up?
Yes — that's how most switches happen. We'll connect you with an operator within walking distance of your shop (if you're in NYC) or a comparable shop size elsewhere. They'll tell you exactly what migration was like and what they wish they'd known.

Let's plan your
migration.

15-minute call. We'll review your current setup and quote a flat monthly number — same day, in writing. We'll come to your shop if you're in NYC.
